Receiving Documents Securely
This guide will walk you through the process of receiving a document securely from a George & Bell representative.representative using the LiquidFiles service. Through this guide, we will validate our identify to confirm we are the correct recipient and download the secured documents.
A recent LiquidFiles update has changed how accessing a document works. Rather than signing in, you'll now be requested to enter in a Secure Token (password). More information on this change can be found below.
Instructions
OnceWhen the requiredsecure documents have been sharedsent withto you,you via the LiquidFiles service, you will receive anthe email notifyingfollowing youemail thatmessage.
Please note the documentsender isof readythis formessage viewing.
Tobe viewnoreply@georgeandbell.com theand document, please click on the link provided innot the email message.of the George & Bell employee. This email address is a legitimate email of George & Bell Consulting.
IfTo thisaccess isthe documents, please click Download Attached Files. A browser window will appear requesting that you enter in your first-timeemail receiving a document from a George & Bell representative, you will be asked to verify your identity.address. Please enter in your email address and pressselect Authorize.
The email address must match the address the George & Bell Representative entered.
If the email address is correct, LiquidFiles will send another email to startyour mailbox with a Secure Token (password). Please enter in the verificationreceived process.
You will receive a validation email. To complete the validation process, please either:
Click on the link within the validation email.Enter the validation codepassword into theavailableprovidedfieldboxonandtheselectwebsite.
If youcorrect, area successfullynew validated, the websitepage will provideappear, allowing you withto thedownload sharedall securesecurely documents.sent files. Please click on the documentsDownload button beside each file to download and view.download.
